Brilliant swathes of bright and contrasting Robert Allen and Beacon Hill fabrics generate an exuberant interplay of pattern and color in the master sitting room at the recent Hampton Designer Showhouse in Sag Harbor, New York.

The room was inspired by the Plumassier Coral fabric from Beacon Hill’s Animale collection and designed by Dyfari Interiors of Long Island, NY. “We fell in love with the fabric instantly. The colors were so beautifully combined that we decided to incorporate every color from the fabric into the room,” said owner/designer Diane Guariglia.

A rich blue sofa, upholstered in Royal Comfort in Navy Blazer, and arm chairs, covered in Kashan Velvet in Neptune and Primo Velvet in Chartreuse anchor the room. Mysore Silk in Turquoise covers the desk chair. Throw pillows in Plumassier and Ammolite, both in Coral, unite the exquisite color scheme.
