US Shipping Policy
Online Memo Requests ship via USPS. Expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air® and UPS 2nd Day Air® is available at an additional cost.
Online Product Orders ship via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air® and UPS 2nd Day Air® is available at an additional cost.
Note: Expedited orders received after 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will ship via the expedited service selected on next business day.
CANADA Shipping Policy
Online Memo Requests will be shipped via USPS. 
Online Product Orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide and charges will be calculated at checkout.

Returns and Claims

No returns will be accepted without the Company’s prior authorization.  

All requests for return and credit must be made 30 days from the invoice date. The request must include the invoice number, the date of the invoice, pattern name or number, color, quantity, and reason for the request. All products must be inspected for correctness of color, pattern, quantity and quality immediately upon receipt.

Fabric cannot be returned for credit that has been cut, treated, altered, processed, subject to abuse or misuse, or damaged after shipment by Seller.

No returns or cancellations will be accepted for custom products or special orders once the order is in production. No cancellations are accepted for any order once the order is in production.

Authorized returns of first quality merchandise and refused shipments are subject to freight charges and a 25% restocking fee. 

Color will vary from piece to piece and the company does not guarantee the dye lot. Credits will not be issued for dye lot variations. 

Merchandise credits are non-transferrable and may not be redeemed for cash. Except as otherwise required by law, unused credits expire 12 months from the date the credit is first issued.
